Directions:  Go to www.ilalldist.org Select District 8, then your school, and then your name.  Enter your password (it will help you if you forgot your password).  THEN ignore the message about your school participation for the moment (be sure to do this later) and CLICK ON YOUR NAME AT THE TOP OF THE PAGE.  This will bring you to your profile.  After you update your info, it is VERY important for you to click the UPDATE button at the bottom in order for your changes to be saved.  Please mark all areas of instruction for which you would like to receive information.  Email communication will be targeted by level and area of instruction.

SCHOOL PARTICIPATION FEE

You will not be able to register students on-line until your school fee is paid. Not sure if you paid your participation fee?  Just log in, if you can see the Forms page (to register students) then you are paid.  If not, please contact the state office TODAY. You may also pay the fee on-line with a credit card at www.ilmea.org

Strings and Harp:  Friday, September 18, 2009 (To be completed through IMEA District 2)

Junior/Senior Chorus, Winds and Percussion, and Jazz:  Thursday, October 1, 2009

FMES:  Friday, November 13, 2009

Elementary:  Friday, October 16, 2009 (No Audition Fees)

Junior/Senior Strings and Harp:  $5.00 per audition

SAVE        SIX STEPS to Participating in IMEA        SAVE

• Register your school and each director on the new website: www.ilalldist.org  (Please delete any directors no longer at your school)
• Send in your School Participation Fee every spring.
• Register your students on the RNS web site by the September 18 for Strings and Harp; by the October 1 deadline for Chorus, Band, and Jazz; by the November 13 deadline for FMES; or by the October 13 deadline for Elementary.
• Print your Audition Billing sheet (see instructions for proper print format) from the web site and pay Audition Fees to Curtis Fischer-Oeschlaeger (Junior/Senior Strings and Harp), or Richard Mayer (Junior/Senior Chorus, Band, and Jazz).
• After students are selected for the District Festival, send District Participation Fees to the State Office.  You will also print this invoice from the RNS web site after auditions. (More information will come later with notification of District Festival selectees)
• If you have students selected to ALL-STATE - send All-State Participation Fees to the State Office.
