Apply to Perform or Present! 

Applications to perform or present a clinic session have gone digital! ILMEA will be utilizing the tools of Google Drive to receive applications. 

The new process is as follows:

1. Follow the link below to either the clinic application or the performance application.

2. Complete the Google Form with all necessary application information. 

3. Create a Google Folder (Labeled with either the clinician name or ensemble name.) and share it with editing permission with EITHER "anyone with the link can view" OR "imecapplications@ilmea.org" specifically.

4. Save any necessary files into the Google Folder so that they can be added to your application information from Google Forms. All non-sound files should be saved as PDF and labeled with either the clinician's or ensemble's name.


 

Clinic Application Requirements - Clinic Title, Clinic Synopsis and Outline, Biographies of all Clinicians and supporting documents (Clinicians are required to be a member of ILMEA/NAfME, or another state affiliate of NAfME.)

Performance Application Requirements - Recordings of 2 contrasting selections, 3-4 past concert programs, 2 letters of recommendation from fellow ILMEA/NAfME Members (Conductors are required to be a member of ILMEA/NAfME, or another state affiliate of NAfME.)
