The Peoria Convention and VIsitors Bureau is using an online portal to manage housing reservations. This will provide you with up-to-date and detailed information on availability, amenities, pricing and location for participating accommodations.
If you have any questions or issues with your booking process, please email email@example.com for assistance.
A few downtown Peoria and East Peoria hotels are held for Conference Staff and All-State Participating Students/Chaperones. They do appear on the list of participating accommodations, but will not be available for your reservation. This has been done to ease the burden of travel on the selected schools and their students. We appreciate your support of these policies and procedures!
Over 250 exhibit booths were sold for the 2019 Illinois Music Education Conference (IMEC). A record for ILMEA, this shows the growth and energy of the music industry! We appreciate all that our annual exhibitors do and cannot wait to welcome new exhibitors into our halls.
The IMEC 2020 Exhibitor Prospectus will be available to 2019 Exhibitors in mid-April and to new exhibitors in the first week of May!
